Our Monthly Rhythm
Deep Dive And Q&A (90 minutes)
We begin each month with a powerful immersion into the sacred theme. The first half features essential teachings that translate ancient feminine wisdom into today's lived experience, followed by an intimate Q&A where you can receive personalized guidance on anything arising in your journey—from embodiment and pleasure to relationships and purpose. All questions are welcomed and held in sacred space.
Guided Embodiment Practice Sessions (Four 60-minute sessions)
Experience weekly practice sessions designed to embody the month's teachings through movement, breath, sound, and presence. These calls are responsive to your unique journey— each session begins by exploring the edges you're meeting within the theme, followed by a customized practice created in response to the energy present in the room. We craft experiences specifically designed to support your breakthroughs.
Live Embodiment Coaching (60 minutes)
Deepen your integration through a powerful group coaching session where community members receive personalized guidance and in-the-moment practices tailored to their unique needs. All participants benefit from witnessing these transformations, creating a field of collective growth and insight.
